Once you've selected the right home the transaction process begins. In a typical home buying process, you will start by making an offer on the house. Once the offer is excepted by the seller, you may opt to get a home inspection. Your new home will also be appraised to determine the home value. Finally, you set a closing date, where you will complete the transaction and take ownership of your new home!
