participate in the Performance Plus Bonus Program.
The innovative program is designed to give agents the option to
invest an amount per transaction into a tax deferred program,
making it an easy way to save for retirement. The percentage agents
choose to contribute is matched in part by McColly. These funds are
invested into Berkshire Hathaway B stocks (Warren Buffett’s
company), 10-year Treasury Notes, or the S&P 500. This program
also helps offset agent’s tax liability at the end of the
year.
