Bourbonnais, Illinois- October 27, 2025-Jeff Bennett, Managing Partner with McColly Bennett Commercial Advantage was a featured speaker at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE) 2025 Global Symposium, held October 7-9, 2025, in Prague, Czech Republic. The event attracted top real estate professionals from around the world, representing 31 countries.

Themed "Bridges to the Future: Global Insight, Local Impact," the annual Symposium brought together global real estate leaders for three days of learning, collaboration, and innovation. The event explored how shifting demographics, emerging technologies, and market trends are reshaping the future of real estate, while providing valuable opportunities for members to connect and share strategies for growth.

Jeff Bennett shared insights on commercial real estate globally, discussing data center and EV development. Bennett joined an accomplished roster of speakers that included Adam Challis, Global Director of Strategic Insights at JLL; Abhii Dabas, Founder and CEO of INTRIC Technologies; Jan Kasl, President of the Czech Chamber of Architects; and Dr. Marci Rossell, Chief Economist at LeadingRE. More than 45 LeadingRE members and staff also took the stage, leading sessions on topics such as artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, global migration trends, and branding and trust in real estate.

Delegates also immersed themselves in Prague's culture through curated experiences, including a property tour hosted by Philip & Frank, visits to Prague Castle and Old Town, and a closing celebration at Villa Richter, the Czech Republic's oldest vineyard.
