The prestigious event, held in Budapest, Hungary from September 24-26, allowed global experts to share valuable insights, strengthen connections, and address key trends in the evolving real estate landscape. Participants were members and guests of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), a select network that connects high-quality real estate firms from 70+ countries worldwide.
The event’s diverse agenda included key topics crucial to the future of real estate, such as global economic insights, adapting to industry changes, and leveraging international connections to expand client services and grow business opportunities.
Bennett spoke about commercial real estate, sharing information on specifically data centers and the Gotion EV Battery Manufacturing Plant in Manteno, Illinois.
He was part of an accomplished line-up of speakers that included LeadingRE Chief Economist Dr. Marci Rossell, who provided an in-depth analysis of the economic trends impacting the market, enabling attendees to anticipate market shifts and make informed decisions. A panel of PropTech experts representing Cloze, Property Webmasters, and Redpin explored the innovations transforming real estate. Specialized pre-conference workshops were held on the commercial real estate sector and the luxury market.
In addition to the educational sessions and networking opportunities, attendees celebrated member achievement at the dazzling Awards Gala and explored the beautiful host city through organized tours and a spectacular closing event, offering the perfect conclusion to a week of learning, growth, and collaboration.

He and his wife, Kimberly raised 5 athletic daughters who have graduated from college and are blessed with 14 grandchildren.
