We are excited to celebrate another year of partnering to collect toys and help bring a little extra happiness to children across our communities.

What is Toys for Tots?

The Marine Toys for Tots Program is a nationally recognized initiative with a simple yet powerful mission: to collect new, unwrapped toys and distribute them as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community. Founded in 1947 and run by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, the program is a beacon of hope during the holiday season. It ensures that every child can experience the magic of receiving a gift, reminding them they are not forgotten.

For more than 75 years, Toys for Tots has been spreading hope to millions of children, playing a real part in their growth and bringing communities together for a shared purpose. Every holiday season, our offices fill with the spirit of giving. Each McColly Real Estate office in the region becomes a welcoming drop-off spot, proudly set up with a Toys for Tots collection box. We open the doors to our agents, staff, clients, and everyone in the community, inviting them to bring in new, unwrapped toys. It’s all about making it as simple as possible for anyone who wants to join in and help.

This year, we were blown away by the outpouring of generosity. Each collection box was soon overflowing with everything from board games and dolls to sports gear and art supplies. Every single donation was made with the hope of bringing a big smile to a child’s face. Just last week, our team wrapped up the collection and gathered the toys from each of our offices. We handed them over to the local Marine Corps Reserve coordinators, who will make sure these gifts end up in the hands of kids in our own neighborhoods before the holidays.

The end of this year’s Toys for Tots drive really shows just how generous our McColly family and the communities we serve can be. We’re so thankful to every single person who pitched in and donated.
