Pricing-I analyze the market, evaluate the sales in your area and determine the highest price we can expect based on sound market research. Pricing your property right in the first place will get it sold.
Staging-Putting your best foot forward-selling your home is not the same as living in it. I will help you present your home to appeal to the widest pool of buyers.
Internet Marketing-I use a variety of Internet Marketing tools including email flyers, Craigslist, Frontpage, and as a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, my website links to over 700 other independent broker real estate websites. Your property will also have its own web page on www.mccolly.com.
Post Card Campaign-I will send picture post cards of your home to 100 homes in a radius of your home. Many buyers come from knowing someone else in the neighborhood. This targeted marketing helps personalize the availability of your home.
